1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and cg77 ("cg77," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cg77.club ("Platform").

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and by persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. cg77 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on cg77:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion or operator-exclusion order;
• Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and their immediate family members of cg77 or any affiliated company;
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a cg77 account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered cg77 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. cg77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the Member from the Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

cg77 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, or driver's licence) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the prescribed timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cg77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cg77 immediately at [email protected]. cg77 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cg77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI InstaPay, BDO InstaPay, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT (TRC20), and select other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five minutes during operating hours. Withdrawals requiring manual review may take up to 24 hours. cg77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly those exceeding designated thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cg77 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. cg77 reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer in relation to a cg77 deposit is strictly prohibited. Where a chargeback is initiated, cg77 reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the full disputed amount.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods. These specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, the multiplier for which is specified per promotion. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. cg77 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and the applicable contribution percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cg77 reserves the right to withhold bonus amounts and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: exploiting promotional terms through systematic play patterns designed to extract value without genuine recreational engagement; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

cg77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the honouring of legitimate promotional claims already in progress.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the cg77 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, but these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, telecommunications failure, or any other technical error, cg77 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagered amounts. cg77 is not liable for losses resulting from system failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Disputed Results

Game results are determined by certified software and are final. Where a Member disputes a game result, cg77 will review game logs and server records. The decision of cg77 following such a review shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cg77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Impersonating any person or entity;
• Operating multiple accounts;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cg77 staff or other members;
• Attempting to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

cg77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. cg77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may lose.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of cg77.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cg77, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond cg77's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits cg77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

cg77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or law enforcement direction;
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed with prior notice).

Upon account closure in good standing, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to cg77's internal complaints procedure. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

cg77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Members via the contact details on their account and/or by a notice posted prominently on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
